Meg Sherman, B.A

Meg Is the president and founder of North Texas Behavior Solutions. Her background and training are in Applied Behavior Analysis working with individuals with A.S.D, A.D.H.D, O.D.D, and various other personality, behavior, developmental, and cognitive disabilities. She opened North Texas Behavior Solutions with a dream of offering in-home services to families in the North Texas area. Her approach is naturalistic and interventions are primarily based on positive reinforcement. She is finishing her post graduate work that will allow her to sit for her LPC and LMFT. She is a Chicago native and in her free time she enjoys working with her  non-profit animal rescue, personal training clients, or hanging with her two pups! 

Kayla Handy, M.Ed, BCBA

Kayla is originally from Seattle, but has welcomed Texas as her new home. She lives here with her husband and twin boys! She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Washington State University and a Master’s degree from Penn State University in Special education (with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis). She is also a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst. 

Allie Stephens, RBT

Allie has worked with children with autism and different behavioral needs for the last 6 years. Her goal is to help individuals with behavioral needs find the tools they need to reach their greatest potential. She believes everyone has something special to offer and that the main focus should always be the child’s best interest. She has extensive training in Applied Behavior Analysis and holds her RBT certificate. She is also enrolled in post graduate work in behavior analysis.
