Meg founded North Texas Behavior solutions with the goal of providing hands-on, individualized behavior support to families. Her background is in Applied Behavior Analyiss, working with individuals with Autism, ADHD, developmental differences and behavioral challenges. She specializes in creating practical, structured behavior plans and coaching parents to implements strategies with confidence. Her work focuses on improving consistency, reducing challenging behavior, and building independence across all environments.
Kayla Handy
M.Ed., BCBA, LBA
Kayla excels in helping families establish routines, improve transitions, and address safety-related concerns such as elopement. Her thoughtful and structured approach allows her to create solutions that are practical, sustainable, and tailored to each family’s needs.

Abby Best
M.S., BCBA, LBA
Abby serves as our virtual behavior consultant, supporting families both in and outside the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Her virtual services allow her to collaborate with families across the country while providing structured, individualized, behavior support.
She specializes in individuals who need support with emotional regulation, problem-solving skills, and functional communication. She is especially skilled in parent training and collaboration, helping families feel confident in implementing strategies that create lasting change.
